We do not allow product returns under any circumstance. All products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they stay safe during transit. We would be happy to assist you in filing this claim; however, once a package is in USPS's hands, Dreamy Crystals is no longer responsible for the items. This also applies to shipping delays and stolen or lost packages.
