Currently, our shipping is limited to the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary and are determined by the weight of the package...crystals can get heavy pretty quickly! Shipping ranges from $5 to $10, depending on how large your order is.
Orders exceeding $150 will automatically qualify for free shipping!
Can I return items / get a refund?
We do not allow product returns under any circumstance. All products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue during shipping or an item arrives broken or damaged, please view the next section below.
My crystals arrived damaged, what should I do?
We prioritize meticulous packaging to guarantee the safety of your orders while they are in transit.
Please be aware that once your package is in the possession of USPS, Dreamy Crystals is no longer liable for any potential delays, losses, thefts, or damages. Rest assured, all of our crystals are genuine. Some man-made crystals may be available, but will always be clearly indicated.
