Order Processing Time:
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of ordering. Please note that business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
Currently, we exclusively ship orders within the United States, utilizing USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic shipments. Shipping is free on all orders exceeding $150. If order total is below $150, shipping ranges from $5 to $10, depending on how large your order is.
Order Tracking:
You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been received by USPS. Kindly allow a 24 hour window for shipping details to be updated by the postal service. In the event that you do not receive a tracking number, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time may fluctuate based on your location and USPS's processing times, but it is typically around 3-4 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.
Returns/Refunds:
We do not allow product returns under any circumstance. All products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue during shipping or an item arrives broken or damaged, please view the next section below.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:
At Dreamy Crystals, we take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they stay safe during transit.
Please note that once USPS takes possession of your package, Dreamy Crystals no longer holds responsibility for any potential delays, losses, thefts, or damages. Most of our crystals are natural, untreated products from the Earth. Any impurities, cracks, or imperfections (unless otherwise noted) are normal and part of the crystal formation process.
